                                        Mosquito is one of the most dangerous vector diseases that kills one child every 30 seconds and 3000 children every day. In 1987, a British doctor of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine named Ronald Ross discovered a close link between mosquitoes and the deadliest disease of all time, named malaria.  He found that female mosquitoes are the ones responsible for the transmission of malaria parasites in humans through a bite.  To thank this groundbreaking research of Sir Ross and his team, The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine announced this day to be celebrated as 'World Mosquito Day' to raise awareness by campaign or exhibitions on the causes and prevention from this deadliest disease.                                                            Dr. Olurotimi Badero is a Nigerian American doctor recorded to be the first and only combined cardiologist and nephrologist (heart and kidney specialist) in the world. Olurotimi is born in Lagos Nigeria into the family of  Chief  Eliab Olufemi. He has 9 siblings and the 7th child of the family. A young man identified as Monday was stabbed by an identified Fulani man and he was rushed to a certain hospital for immediate treatment. After receiving necessary treatments, he was fine and discharged. Again, the same Fulani man attacked Monday yesterday by stabbing him and right now he is in the hospital receiving treatment. It is said that, a police officer has been attached to look into the case and the said Fulani man is cruising the street unharmed. So sad!
