Nigerian singer raised abroad, a father and a husband, Naira Marley took to his verified tweeter page yesterday to post what didn't sound pleasing to almost everyone about women: their level of education and their body.

He said i quote:

''Having big booty is better than having a masters degree''

After receiving so much backlash from fans and non fans for demeaning women to that level he retweeted same tweet with the caption below:

''But having both is perfect''

And I'm tempted to ask you reading this:
Is your booty of more value to you than a masters degree?


This is it ladies, i sincerely do not want to blame some of these men for spitting such statements about women on social platforms where the world sees it, neither would i want to blame you the ladies.

But we gave these men these impression of being dependent on them.
If as a lady you cannot use your both hands and the brain you've got to do something for yourself rather than depending on these men, such mentality about women and more will never erase from their thoughts.

It is true somehow, that getting a job these days and having a capital to start up a business are not so easy to come by, (that shouldn't be an excuse) but somehow, if you are determined, God will come through for you.

We can change this notion of :
''A lady have nothing to bring on the table rather than her body''

Young women out there are making good names for themselves. 
You think you cannot? Oh YES YOU CAN!!

You have what it takes to bring something on the table not just your booty or your body.

Can we start being independent and change this wrong notion about us?
