Recall that the Peoples Democratic Party candidate Atiku Abubakar who contested the 2019 polls along side the All Progressive Candidates Muhammadu Buhari filed a petition in court challenging PMB's win.

In a seven man panel set by the Apex court, He lost his appeal for lack of merit as he awaits the final judgement from the Supreme court
